Healing Apple Cider Vinegar

You may have noticed that I post regularly about healing food. After using food alone last year to heal a lingering virus, I was once again reminded about its innate powers and how our body responds to nutrients when plentiful.

Just some of the benefits of apple cider vinegar are that it

  • Kills harmful bacteria

  • Lowers blood sugarCan aid in weight loss

  • Fights Candida and other yeast/funal infections

  • Normalises the microbiome

  • Improves stomach acid and food breakdown/absorption

  • Is detoxing

Some key ways to use it are

  • Drink 1 tbsp with 1/2 lemon and a little water first thing in the morning to detox your gut and balance pH

  • Sip in water before meals to improve stomach acid and digestion

  • Use in salad dressings or pour over your od for the above benefits

  • Bathe your feet in it to resolve foot odour issues

  • Use it as an underarm deodorant for smelly sweat

  • Mix with 20% water to clean mould properly
