What's your relationship with your body?

Many or us don't fully appreciate and love our body

Perhaps part of us does

But we could also have hateful, resentful thoughts about it because we don't like our size, or feel disappointed by it, or be unable to lose weight, or experience ongoing digestive problems, or have cellulite?

Perhaps we feel some or all of these at once!

As part of my Empower Her Weight Loss program for menopausal women struggling to lose weight, I do a Relationship Balance.

A Relationship Balance aims to bring together these two opposing sides of ourselves, and reconcile those deep conflicting or negative thoughts and feelings with loving ones

It's revealing, exposing, and brings deep calm and strong feelings of unconditional love

It's there, from a place or true love for ourselves, that we can heal and lose weight for good.
