How do you work out which foods you might be sensitive to?
You can try food testing, but it's not accurate and can be costly. I've posted about this before.
You could try an elimination diet, which can work, but takes time and effort. I've seen people very stressed by it.
Alternatively, you can get some expert advice and find the root cause of your sensitivities.
Cutting foods out should only be short time while you resolve the underlying problem.
