Anti-mould illness smoothie

Did you know that some foods actively detox mycotoxins by binding to them, while also supporting beneficial gut bacteria that can detox bad bacteria, fungi, and again, mycotoxins? Research show that some foods are as powerful as commonly used pharmaceutical mycotoxin binders.

These foods also contain anti-oxidants, which help fight inflammation and disease.
