Flavoured water
Most of us don’t drink enough water, yet it's the most important nutrient our bodies need. When you add this to the diuretic drinks many of us consume like coffee and tea, alcohol, soft drinks, packaged juices and some herbal teas that draw fluid from our bodies, it’s easy to see how many of us become dehydrated.
This flavoured water can make water more palatable for people who don’t like its plain taste. The bonus is that some of the additives can stimulate digestion!

INGREDIENTS
Clean water, filtered or spring (avoid tap water where possible)
Fruit for flavouring such as citrus or melon or strawberries, washed and sliced or cut into pieces
Herbs or spices such as ginger or mint or turmeric, washed and sliced
DIRECTIONS
Add the fruit, spices and herbs to the water. Sip throughout the day or share with others
