1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, organic wild is best

1 banana

1 tbsp unflavoured hemp seed protein powder, or alternative

1/2 tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 tbsp acai seeds

1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/2 tbsp maca powder

1/2 tbsp mixed greens or 6 capsules

1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/2 cup plain coconut yoghurt, or alternative

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, or alternative, more if needed

optional (higher oxalate)

1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp bee pollen (immunity)

directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, food processor or smoothie maker and blend until smooth

  2. Drink immediately
