Lo-carb, Paleo Margarita
This is a lo-carb, Paleo version of a Margarita for those special occasions when you don’t want a sweet drink. Using gold tequila means you’re drinking a pure form of this cactus based drink.

Described as Paleo because Tequila is not brewed from a grain
INGREDIENTS
120 ml or 4 oz gold tequila
2 limes, juiced
6 drops liquid stevia, optional (I prefer it without)
Celtic Sea or Himalayan Rock Salt for glass edges
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients except the salt into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake well. 
- Wet the edge of a martini or other glass with the lime and dip into the salt. 
- Pour your drink into 2 glasses and enjoy.
