Super berry smoothie
This smoothie is filled with nutrients and fibre. Berries, greens and raw cacao are high in disease-fighting anti-oxidants and contain vitamins and minerals; Maca (Peruvian Ginseng) is hormone balancing; and the fats included are high in energy while the Omega 3s and 6s are great for cells and the brain.
Smoothies are a good way to add more vegetables and other healthy-giving foods. Make sure you swish them around in your mouth for better digestion and take it easy with the fruit.

ingredients
1.5 cups frozen berries of your choice, chemical free or organic
1 tbsp acai berries
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
2 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tbsp raw cacao
1/2 tbsp Maca power
1 cup greens eg kale, cos lettuce, spinach
directions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for several minutes until all ingredients have broken down
Pour into two glasses and drink immediately
