Aches & pains with ageing are common, but not normal

We’ve normalised aches and pains as part of ageing.

They’re common — but they’re not normal, and not inevitable. They are, in fact, signals or information that we can use if we're listening.

Midlife brings

  • Hormone shifts

  • Increased inflammatory tone

  • Muscle loss

  • Sleep disruption

  • Higher stress load

  • Gut health and microbes decline

All of these amplify pain perception and slow recovery.

But this is highly modifiable.

  1. Muscle is anti-inflammatory

  2. Stable blood sugar lowers inflammatory signalling

  3. Sleep restores tissue

  4. Protein builds repair capacity

  5. Gut balancing reduce inflammation

Age well. Age consciously. Don’t just age.
