Processed seed oils cause gut damage, inflammation & weight gain

Processed seed oils, like those used in fast food, are unhealthy any way you look at them. These include soybean, corn, canola, cottonseed, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed and rice bran oils.

Why?

Because they're largely industrially extracted, refined, bleached and deodorised - often using high heat, solvents like hexane, and chemical processing.

Current research details how they contribute to

  • Leaky gut

  • Microbiome depletion

  • Metabolic confusion

  • Cravings and food addiction

  • Long-term fat gain at the cellular level

Our body needs good fat, which we can only get from food. Eat olive oil, butter and ghee (if tolerated), coconut oil, flax and hemp seed oils, avocado oil, avocados, nuts and seeds, eggs, and well-raised animal fats.
