Food

1 cup frozen blueberries, organic if possible (anti-oxidants, polyphenols)

1/2 avocado (gut, skin, good fat for cells)

1/2 cup chopped papaya (digestive enzymes, skin)

1 packed cup bok choy, cos lettuce or rocket, organic if possible (gut fibre, anti-oxidants, polyphenols)

1 cup coconut water (electrolytes, cells)

1/2 cup pure ice, optional

1 tbsp Collagen (skin, joints, cell building) - my option

1-2 caps Hylauronic Acid (skin, joint lubrication, anti-wrinkle, digestion, bone health) - my option

1 cap Biotin (skin, nails, hair thinning/loss) - my options or here

directions

  1. In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend

  2. You can freeze this smoothie and eat it later

  3. Turn it into a smoothie bowl but adding less liquid, and sprinkling some pumpkin and sunflower seeds and/or coconut flakes, and whole berries on top
