Addictive, sugar-free 'ice cream'
This 4-ingredient, fruit only, DELICIOUS ‘ice cream’ is perfect when you feel like a treat but don’t want to effects of added sugar. It’s high in fibre and vitamin C, and contains vitamins A, B and minerals, without the sugar and additives of shop-bought alternatives.
You can also add in your supplements like pre- or pro-biotics or mineral drops.

1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
1.5 cups frozen mango pieces
Juice of 1 lime
Add some avocado if you want some healthy fat to stabilise blood sugar
