Good fats salad dressing
This salad dressing is a healthy source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Many people have a fatty acid deficiency, particularly Omega 3s. Omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory, and the right balance of Omega 6 to 3 fatty acids may be crucial in regulating systemic inflammation.
While our modern diet is usually too high in Omega 6s, most are toxic due to rancidity and processing, meaning they’re inflammatory. Omega 3 fats are found mainly in fish and seafood like mackerel, salmon, cod liver, herring, sardines, anchovies, oysters, but also in flax and chia seeds.
