Choc cauli smoothie
If you’re wanting a no-fuss way up your vegetable intake, why not give this smoothie a try? It’s thick, and creamy, and you won’t be able to taste the cauliflower at all. It’s also high in protein and good fats, and by adding maca powder, you’ll get an additional boost of antioxidants.

For a nut-free option, use seed butter or cacao butter and replace the nut milk with coconut milk

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen cauliflower
2 frozen bananas, medium size
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
¼ cup cacao nibs
½ cup chocolate protein powder
2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice, Macadamia, cashew or hazelnut milks are extra tasty
1 tbsp maca powder
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth
Serve immediately
