Ingredients

 2 chicken Maryland pieces or 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin on

2 tbsp cold pressed olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

¼ tsp finely ground black pepper

Celtic Sea or Himalayan Rock Salt to taste

1 tbsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 deg C

  2. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley, and mix so the chicken is coated

  3. Bake for 50 mins until the skin is golden and crispy
