Anti-inflammatory turmeric tea

INGREDIENTS
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1 handful chopped coriander / cilantro
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
5 peppercorns, options
1 1/2 tbsp raw honey
DIRECTIONS
Boil 1 litre of clean water
Combine all ingredients in a teapot or other suitable vessel
Pour in the boiling water and cover
Allow to steep for 10 minutes before straining to drink
