Mega magnesium banana choc smoothie
This magnesium-rich smoothie will help increase your magnesium levels naturally. Magnesium is such an important mineral, yet many of us are deficient in it due to either our poor diets, the lack of minerals in our soils or suboptimal digestion. We need magnesium for the absorption of calcium, good sleep, nerve conduction and muscle contraction/relaxation.

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1/2 tbsp raw cacao
1/2 handful of spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
Squeeze of vanilla paste, optional
Ice, optional
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender and whiz for 1-2 mins until all ingredients are well mixed
