Good gut turmeric 'fudge'

Turmeric has many well-researched benefits. It’s anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, fighting disease.

Specifically, it can fight heart disease, prevent Alzheimer's and cancer, and improve arthritis and depression symptoms.

As a bonus, the gelatin is a perfect gut healing food and the coconut milk is a good source of healthy fats and energy.

ingredients

2 cups coconut milk

1 tbsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch ground black pepper

10 drops of liquid stevia, or 3 tbsp raw honey

4 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin

directions

  1. Place the coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and stevia or honey on a saucepan

  2. Stir constantly as you heat for 5 mins on medium, then remove from the heat

  3. Sprinkle over the gelatin and whisk until dissolved

  4. Pour into a glass dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces and eat!
